Obituary for Alice Marie Baker

Alice Marie Baker, 81, of Dayton, OH and formerly of Indian Lake, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at her home.

Alice was born on February 1, 1937 in Monterey, TN, a daughter of the late Beecher and Ona Eldridge Kidwell. She married Albert Baker and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by three siblings, Richard L. Kidwell, John L. Kidwell and Sue Burchfield.

Alice is survived by two children, John Crabtree of Dayton, and Lori (Jerry) Throckmorton of Mayslick, KY, seven grandchildren, Lacy Howell and Jeremy Crabtree, both of Russells Point, OH, Ashley Crabtree of Dayton, Cheyenne Crabtree of Lima, OH, Elijah Throckmorton and Aris Throckmorton, both of Mayslick, five great grandchildren, Madison Howell, Morgan Howell, Heath O'Connell, Jordyn O'Connell, and Colton Crabtree, three sisters, Elaine Rinehart of Northridge, OH, Wanda Smith and Linda Stuthers, both of Dayton, and several nieces and nephews.

Alice retired from Heartland of Indian Lake after 18 years. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, watching movies and listening to country music.

Per her wishes, no public services are scheduled at this time.
