Obituary for Kenneth D. Frazier, Sr.

Kenneth D. Frazier, 87, of Huntsville, OH passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his family.

Kenneth was born on March 4, 1931 in Zanesfield, OH, a son of the late Isaac and Irene Fletcher Frazier. He was preceded in death by one Grandson, Chad Marmon, two great granddaughters, Dylan Aubry Frazier and Ella M. Ammons, three sisters, and four brothers.

On June 7, 1969, he married Margaret Coyer at the Bellefontaine First Church of God and she survives along with six children, Kenneth D. Frazier, Jr. of Branford, CT, Diane Sheer of Indiana, Beverly Mullins of Kenton ,Ohio, Barbara Frazier of Delaware, Ohio, Glenna Frazier of Florida, and Judy Ammons of Lakeview, OH, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, Florence Ellis of Kenton, brothers-in-law, Franklin Coyer of Kenton, Clarence Coyer and Marion (Rita) Coyer, all of Bellefontaine. There wasn't a child he didn't love.

His very first job as a young boy was on a dairy farm. Kenny worked at Rockwell in Bellefontaine, Blackhawk Trailer Sales and St. Patrick's Catholic Church for 40 years. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. Kenny enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling with Margaret. One of his favorite places to visit was the Sequoia National Forest in California.

He was saved at West Liberty First Church of God and had many friends who he adored namely, Robert Stiles and Paul. He loved his family and especially when his wife of 50 years sang hymns and read the Bible to him.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at West Liberty First Church of God with Rev. Nate Wilcoxon officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the West Liberty First Church of God.
